I approach crafting your one-on-one experience with intention and care, inviting you to befriend your truest self while finding peace in the pause between inhale and exhale, past and present.
As a practitioner of multiple modalities, I favor nuance over novelty and a slow, intentional approach, selecting refined techniques and natural elements that are rooted in science and spirit.
All services are offered either at my Clive studio or at Sacral Ground Massage and Wellness in Oskaloosa.
Body Divina Massage
$85 for 60-minutes and $120 for 90-minutes
A mindful, therapeutic massage experience curated especially for your needs, where you are invited to totally sink into relaxation.
Using any combination of or singularly selected technique, I specialize in the following modalities: Swedish Therapeutic Massage; Lymphatic Drainage Technique; Myofascial Release Technique; Craniosacral Therapy; Positional Release; Rocking and Pulsing; and Foot Reflexology.
The following modalities may be added at no additional charge: Aromatherapy; Sound Therapy; Crystal Therapy and Reiki.
60-minute sessions are $85; 90-minute sessions are $120.

AromaReiki with Sound Therapy
$130
Guided meditation, Reiki energy, subtle aromas, and contemplative sound elements coalesce—a time where mental clarity meets soul-level restoration.
Reiki is the practice of directing universal lifeforce energy to the recipient for stress relief, mood and energy support and overall wellbeing. The practice of custom aromatherapy is incorporated to support and inspire the individual through their session. Solfeggio tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, and Theta chimes are also employed to help balance the chakras and bring peace to the mind. You will receive a 10 ML roll-on of your custom aromatherapy blend to remember your experience and include in your wellness rituals.
Holistic Foot Reflexology
$85
Expertly selected essential oil application enhances this time-honored practice of targeted foot therapy for overall wellbeing.
Foot Reflexology supports stress and pain relief, restful sleep, energy, mood, circulation, digestion, lymphatic health, and much more. Specific essential oils may be safely added as part of a foot bath or to the foot cream to enhance the effects of wellbeing.
